SALT LAKE CITY – Today, the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) officially launches the allocation of $12 million in COVID-19 relief funds to directly help K-12 public school educators get classroom resources for the school year through DonorsChoose, a nonprofit crowdfunding website. The collaboration between USBE and DonorsChoose is the largest of its kind to date in the nation and will provide Utah educators with up to $1,000 in funding for their projects, empowering them to support their students' success with classroom resources.

The MMHS Ellevés competed at the Bountiful Invitational Drill Team Competition at Bountiful High School on January 8, 2022. They placed 1st in Military, 2nd in Hip Hop, 2nd in Dance, and 2nd in Show. The team was 2nd overall in the 5A division.
Maple Mountain also took four places in the 5A Drill Down. Cheyenne Ortiz won 1st place, Camdyn Marker won 2nd, Rylee Bingham won 4th place, and Lauren Taylor won 5th place. Congratulations to the drill team!

The MMHS Ellevés competed at the UVU Drill Invitational Competition at UVU on December 11, 2021. They placed 1st in Hip Hop, 1st in Show, 2nd in Dance, and 3rd in Military. They placed 2nd overall in 5A.
Maple Mountain also took two of three places in the 5A Drill Down. Alexis Hill won 1st place and Kynslie Lewis won 3rd place. Congratulations to the drill team!
