CTE Teacher Highlight - Tyler Lewis

Tyler Lewis teaches Digital Photography 1, Advanced Commercial Photography 2, AP Photography, and Yearbook. This is his sixth year teaching at Maple Mountain High School. He graduated from BYU with a bachelors and masters degree in Technology & Engineering Education. Photography is a relatively new hobby for Mr. Lewis after switching from graphic design and video editing, but he now has his own photography business that keeps him busy in the evenings, weekends, and summers. In his spare time, you can find Mr.

ProStart Advances to State Competition

Maple Mountain ProStart is advancing to the state competition! They placed 4th in Central Regionals on Thursday, February 23. And in case you don't know what ProStart is, it is a nationwide, two-year high school program that unites the classroom and industry to develop the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s restaurant and foodservice leaders.

Prep of the Week - Dawson Beutler

Dawson Beutler has been selected as a Prep of the Week for his recent outstanding plays as a member of the boys basketball team. Dawson along with the other members of the boys team have had an outstanding season winning a share of the region 8 title. Good luck to Dawson and the boys basketball team as they prepare for the state basketball tournament!
