We’d like to thank our parents and staff for all the work they do to make this possible. Also, huge thanks to our admin for coming to support us while we performed in St. George! A wonderful finish to a successful season.

Fall Band Concert

Submitted by tyler.lewis on Fri, 10/23/2020 - 13:32

Students go to band to be themselves and work hard at being the best they can be. They create wonderful music and perform to the best of their abilities. Mr. Hurst, the band director, makes the learning environment welcoming and fun. He pushes them to be the best they can be and all the students have been improving and growing. The program is a team effort. It doesn’t work well if they aren’t working together. Everyone puts in their time and practices, and the effort really shows when they perform.

Marching Band Season

Submitted by tyler.lewis on Fri, 09/18/2020 - 13:43

The Maple Mountain Marching Band has been hard at work practicing since July. It’s a  wonder they even had a season this year, with Covid-19. There almost wasn’t going to be a marching band season, as it is difficult to play an instrument with a mask.  The band has been engaged in their work, trying hard to create an amazing show. They were super excited to perform and show off all that effort. The homecoming game was their first opportunity to do so. The performance looked and sounded amazing.
