Nikelle is very interested in criminal justice because it is very important. She says, “I am interested in knowing all of my rights and helping others to understand their rights.” Her responsibilities and duties included writing summaries for police reports. She also researches laws to insure that actions are justified and to possibly convict those arrested of a higher charge.
A Job for the Future
On any regular day at Renaissance Hair Academy, Krisan can be seen answering phones, scheduling appointments, and running the cash register as she learns more about what goes on at a cosmetology school.

Maple Mountain’s Robotics Team Wins Big
Maple Mountain High School lived up to its “attitude of excellence,” when their Robotics team, Absolute Zero, brought home the championship at the Utah Regional, FIRST Robotics Competition March 20. Thirty-three teams from seven states competed, as Utah sponsored its first regional robotics competition. The Golden Eagles taking home the prize is big for Utah and our first-year school.
