MMHS Ag Teachers work all summer long doing stockshows, leadership training, and FFA activities, but the biggest part of our summer job is to supervise our students in their Agriculture Projects. These projects can literally be anything in the agriculture industry, and they can range from a summer garden or a pet dog to a job for a landscape company or veterinarian. If it relates to the agricultural industry, it can count for their project!
The goal behind these projects is not only to help students create a strong work ethic, but also to help them understand that agriculture is all around them, and they are directly tied to agriculture each and every day. We all are!
