MMHS Students, Current and Alumni, may request an Official Transcript by submitting the Transcript Request Google Form

• There is a $5 fee for Alumni Students that can be paid in the Finance Office or at My School Fees 

• ​Students can only receive Official Transcripts by mail, or in-person pick up in the Counseling Office
