Submitted by tyler.lewis on

On Friday, February 3, 2012, the MMHS Ellevés competed in the State 4A Drill Team Competition held at UVU. There were fifteen 4A schools competing. The Ellevés placed 4th in the character category.

In the dance category, Maple Mountain received a penalty for being out of bounds. Had this not of happened, the Ellevés would have received 3rd place in the dance category. Overall, the Ellevés would have been 4th, but because of the lower placement in dance because of the penalty, Maple Mountain ended up 7th overall.
