Maple Mountain FFA competed at Area 5 FFA Contests January 29. These contests are the qualifiers for State and students competed against eight other schools.
Kathrine McInelly represented our chapter well in the Creed speaking contest. This contest is where students memorize a five paragraph creed and recite it to the judges. In addition to speaking, they are asked questions. Kathrine did a great job.
Maple Mountain High School DECA club competed in the Utah southern regional competition. We had a great showing with the following students placing in their competitions: Bethany Irwin and Chandler Schramm taking 2nd in Hospitality tourism, and Taylor Blood and Ryan Denison taking 3rd in Hospitality Tourism.
