The Maple Mountain High School Ellevés competed at the Region 9 Drill Team Competition held at Wasatch High School on Thursday, January 19, 2023. The Ellevés placed 1st in the Military category, 2nd in the Dance category, and 1st in the Show category. Overall, the Ellevés placed 1st and are the Region 9 Drill Team Champions! Three Ellevés placed in the drill down. Lauren Taylor placed 5th; Alyssa Clark placed 2nd ; and Ella Martin placed 1st .
The Stronger Families Project provides family classes to the community focused on building the strengths and resiliencies that each family already has, and in improving their daily family life. The classes focus on such topics as communication, positive discipline, problem solving, bonding, and establishing family values. The program is 100% FREE and runs for eight sessions. Families are encouraged to attend each weekly session, so that they may receive a graduation certificate at the end of session eight.
The MMHS Ellevés competed at the Royal Classic Invitational Drill Team Competition at Roy High School on January 14, 2023 They placed 1st in Hip Hop, 2nd in Military, 2nd in Show, and 3rd in Dance. The team was 2nd overall in the 5A division.
Maple Mountain also took four places in the 5A Drill Down. Alyssa Clark won 1st place, Sarah Warren won 2nd, Hadlie Miller won 3rd place, and Lala Taylor won 4th place. Congratulations to the drill team!

Nebo Community School classes are here. The classes will begin in January, so join a class to help those winter blues. This is an amazing opportunity to expand your horizons and improve your abilities. The goal of the Community School Program is to meet the needs and interests of the people in the community. There are many course options to choose from, recommendations are encouraged. We would love to see you there!
