This week’s Maple Mountain High Prep of the week is Chris Wiscombe. He plays first varsity singles for the Golden Eagles Boys Tennis team. This talented sophomore has only one loss this season and is on his way to the region tournament and an appearance in the state tournament.  His favorite shot is the backhand. Chris likes to play tennis because he is good at it. His favorite activity outside of tennis is Ping Pong. Chris has been playing tennis most of his life, but he started playing it competitively when he was 12 years old.

Junior Golden Eagle Kayla Adams has been busy interning at Peaks Physical Therapy. She helps with all sorts of tasks, including assisting the facility by sanitizing work areas and creating heat packs. She also observes exercises performed by the physical therapist, learning valuable experience in the meantime. One of the neatest things for Kayla in this internship was observing the dramatic improvement in patients and watching the recovery exercises make positive differences in patient mobility.
