Maple Mountain Basketball vs. Springville

Submitted by tyler.lewis on

The Springville versus Maple Mountain game was intense last Friday night. This rivalry game is a very important one that just started two years ago. Springville is known for their athletic abilities so Maple Mountain was ready for a tough game. The crowds were excited and in suspense about what would happen during the game.

The teams went back and forth until, unfortunately, Maple Mountain struggled to make the shots drop. Although, Springville pulled ahead, the Maple Mountain supporters cheered on their team to the end and were proud of their boys basketball team.

Football Tradition

Submitted by tyler.lewis on

This past fall the Maple Mountain Football team went to the surrounding elementary schools and read with the students. The team visited six different elementary schools from Spanish Fork and Mapleton. The players volunteered their time to help with individual and class reading. It was a positive experience for both the elementary students and the players. The team hopes that this tradition will continue for years to come.
