Maple Mountain High announces the February students of the month.

In five years, sophomore Yalaina Linford sees herself attending BYU and working towards becoming an elementary school teacher, as well as a seminary teacher. Yalaina’s doesn’t have a favorite subject because she loves learning.

Her favorite quote is, "All that we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us." – Gandalf. She likes that quote because it brings out the fact that we can’t always choose our circumstances, but we can choose our attitudes and actions.
