Kristen Allred is an outstanding student athlete. She works hard in the classroom and is a leader on the volleyball court. She pushes her teammates as well as herself to a higher standard. The team feeds off of her smile and energy. She is quick to laugh and help her teammates to relax and enjoy the moment.
