MMHS Varsity Girls Tennis had a successful finish at the Region IX tournament this week!

• Kaitlin Dixon took 4th place at 1st Singles
• Raimie Hilton took 2nd place at 2nd Singles
• Reese Fowles took 2nd place at 3rd Singles
• Sophie Hill/Lauren Forsey took 1st place at 1st Doubles
• Madison Olsen/Laura Hammer took 3rd place at 2nd Doubles.

The whole varsity team is advancing to the 5A state tournament next week at Liberty Park! Way to go Golden Eagles!!

If you could have a conversation with anyone from history, who would it be and what would you ask them? I would probably talk to Theodore Roosevelt and ask him how he stayed so strong.

MMHS's Marching Band wowed the audience at the Nebo Marching Band Competition, placing 2nd in the 5A Open Class. Well done, Golden Eagles!!

Parents and Students,

The MMHS JV tennis team won the region tournament on September 24 and were undefeated 10-0 in dual meets during region play! Individually, MMHS players had three 1st place, a 2nd place and two 3rd place finishes at the tournament. MMHS's 3 Jr JV doubles teams all took 1st place at their tournament as well. Go Golden Eagles!

The Nebo Mountain Biking team had their 2nd race in Richfield this last weekend!
Preston Johnson- 4th in Varsity 
Wilson Engler- 5th in JVA Boys
Henry Jensen- 5th in JVC Boys

Maple Mountain also took home the 1st place team award again for most points in the D3 category! Springville came in 2nd & Salem 3rd. It’s awesome to have all three Nebo schools take home these awards.
