Gabrial Hale
Where do you want to see yourself in five years?  In five years I want to have completed a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I will have completed high school and may be going to college...and I may or may not be married.

Science Olympiad Regional Results

Submitted by tyler.lewis on

Our Science Olympiad team competed at regionals this weekend, hosted at Snow College.  We competed against the top science magnet schools in the state and successfully defended last year's title.  The team took top 3 in 18 of 23 events, took first place in 14 of the events, and won first place overall.  It is one of, if not the best, regional performances in school history.  The team is now preparing for the state competition which will be on March 28th at the University of Utah

Here are the individual results from the tournament:

Monday Close-Up: Love for fine art drives Maple Mountain student

Submitted by tyler.lewis on

Julia Hart, a sophomore at Maple Mountain High School, has been in love with the fine arts for as long as she can remember. She finds inspiration in just about every art form there is, whether it’s acting, singing, drawing or animating.

She loves art so much that she doesn’t even have a favorite artist.

“I just love everything,” Hart said.

Submitted by tyler.lewis on

Since 1986, Kids Who Count has provided Early Intervention services to families of young children residing in the Nebo School District boundaries. We’ve helped thousands of families and children and we can help you. If you are concerned about your baby or toddler’s development or had a medical professional talk to you about some milestones your child hasn’t yet reached, you may be eligible for early intervention services. The purpose of Early Intervention is to enhance early growth and development in infants and toddlers under three, who have developmental delays or disabilities.
