Close Golden Eagle Victory

Maple Mountain boys basketball had a close game with Juab last Tuesday with a score of 45-44, which makes this the Golden Eagles third win of the season.

Jace Edmunds led Maple Mountain with 15 points, 5 rebounds, 4 steals, and racking up three 3-point shots for the Golden Eagles.  Assisting Jace in the win was KJ Hall with 11 points and Kelby Crandall with 10 points including one 3-point shot and 2 rebounds. 

Justin Slavens was named Maple Mountain Prep of the Week due to his outstanding effort and performance in this game with 4 points, one 3-point shot, 6 rebounds, and 1 assist.

The Golden Eagles will face the Spanish Fork Dons at home on Friday, January 21, 7 p.m.
