Where do you want to see yourself in five years? 
I see myself in SLC teaching philosophy/world religions at a high school and working towards my doctorates degree in philosophy at the University of Utah. 
What are your favorite hobbies?  
Writing, reading, photography, learning Korean, petting cats and eating rice.
If you could have a conversation with anyone from history, who would it be and what would you ask them?

Preps of the Week - Valerie Friant & Jentrie Reid

Valerie Friant and Jentrie Reid have been selected as student athlete "Prep of the Week" honoree's for making the 5A All State drill team recently. Valerie and Jentrie participated in an audition along with many other drill team members throughout the state. Only a select few made it to the final cut as all state members. Jentrie and Valerie are dedicated, outstanding members of our drill team who also excel in the classroom. Congratulations girls and good luck to you and your team the rest of the year!

ACT Prep Classes Coming Up

ACT Prep Classes Students who are interested in an ACT Prep class for the December 8 ACT, can now sign up in the Finance Office. The classes will be on Saturday, November 10 and Saturday, November 17 from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM. The cost of the class is $50 and includes a preparation book. See the Counseling Office or the Finance Office if you have questions about the ACT or the prep class.

Three MMHS Ellevés Audition for 5A All-State Drill Team

Three members of the Maple Mountain High School Drill Team were chosen to
audition for the 5A All-State Drill Team. Valerie Friant, daughter of Craig and Jadean
Friant; Jentrie Reid, daughter of Dallas and Kristina Reid; and Sydnee Winegar,
daughter of Jeff and Toni Winegar, represented Maple Mountain at the auditions held
on Thursday, November 1.

Valerie is a three-year member of the Ellevés Drill Team. She was an Assistant
Drill Mistress her junior year and is the President/Head Drill Mistress this year. Valerie

Parent Education Night
