On November 11, Mr. Holden’s UCBT class had the privilege of having a live animal show from the BYU Bean Museum Outreach program. We learned new things about snakes, turtles, alligators, crocodiles, and lizards. Did you know that a lizard's tail grows back differently each time or that snakes don't unlock their jaws? Snakes have stretchy ligaments that allow its mouth to open so wide. Many students were excited to be able to touch the animals and some were understandably apprehensive. We would like to thank Mr. Lewis and his 1st period photography class for taking the pictures!
