On Thursday, January 22, the DECA club at MMHS attended the Utah Southern Regional Competition. Our DECA club performed very well and took second place! The following students place in region:
- Duncan Beutler & Hailey Andrew, 2nd place in Buying and Merchandising
- Carlos Urbina & Anya Nielson, 1st place in Buying and Merchandising
- Heather Tautkus & Ashtyn Swenson, 2nd place in Hospitality Services
- Sabrina Wasden, 2nd place in Restaurant Management
- Matt Searcy & Ariel Flores-Mena, 1st place in Marketing
- Bethany Irwin & Katie Murray, 1st place in Travel & Tourism
MMHS DECA club took 2nd place overall. Congratulations to these students!
