This week two students at MMHS, Isaac Smith and Isaac James are competing at the DECA Club National Competition (marketing/business club).  They are participating in the topic, Business and Ethics team competitive event.  This includes taking a test, and participating in a role play where they need to solve real world problems to judges.  At nationals all states will send 3-4 teams in many subjects. Canada and other countries send students to compete as well.

MMHS's next test-to-play day is Monday, April 26th starting at 2:00pm.

A couple things to be aware of as we test:

Wear your mask to the testing and keep it on the entire time you are in the building or within 6 feet of another person.

We are scheduling you to come in teams to test. DO NOT show up at a time different than your team time. We are getting a giant line in the hallway that is counterproductive to all we are trying to do social distance to save our seasons!

Nebo is Partnering with Tabitha’s Way

Nebo is partnering with Tabitha’s Way for a new event called Read & Feed.

The purpose of this event is to encourage children to continue to read during the summer and to educate families facing food insecurity regarding food resources available to them and their children while they are not attending school. Our goal is to gather 10,000 gently used books that children can take home with them and keep to read during the summer.
