Scholarships

Searching for scholarships can be a daunting task. There are methods listed below to help you ease your way through the process a little bit more smoothly. Statistically 90% of scholarships awarded are through the University or College that a student is applying to.

For example, most institutions give scholarships for academics, merit, talent, leadership, diversity, departmental, and student need based on your FAFSA results.

Take time to look through all the methods thoroughly. It is likely that you qualify for various types of scholarships. Happy Hunting!

Make sure that if you are awarded a scholarship anytime during the year, whether you accept it or not, that you report it to the Counseling Center. You can e-mail the Counseling Secretary Margaret Raine at margaret.raine@nebo.edu
