The Certified Negotiation Summary is attached.  It should be fairly self-explanatory.  There are some increases in the out-of-pocket maximum on insurance, which allowed us to keep our premiums the same for the coming year.

Classified Negotiations begin Tuesday, May 26.

Management Team will meet with the Board in June to finalize their agreement for next year.  I think the only thing that changes for next year is that we all “get” three furlough days.
