Jenny Dunn - Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Jenny Dunn, our MMHS Teacher of the Year! Jenny teaches AP Lang, English 11, and our new Language Acquisition (ESL) class. Jenny is not only an expert in her subject area, but she also makes an incredible connection with and impact on her students. Jenny is a difference-maker and influential member of our school Leadership Team. We are lucky to have Jenny at Maple Mountain High School!

14th annual MMHS Dance Concert

The 14th annual MMHS Dance Concert presented by Maple Mountain Dance Company will be incredible this year!  All MMDC student choreography received a clean sweep of Superior ratings at both UDEO High School Dance Festival in St. George and at Dance Co Fest in Provo.  (Elle Bullock, Ellie Hadfield, Madi Goulding, and Emily Edwards) Dance Excel will also feature their superior rated choreography. (Addie Dutson, Mckena Perry and Irelyn Beckham) MMDC Alumni ‘21-‘22 and the newly selected MMDC ‘23-‘24 will also perform.

Where do you want to see yourself in five years?  Going to college and hopefully in the process of marriage. 
What are your favorite hobbies?  Running, art, vibin' with music. 
If you could have a conversation with anyone from history, who would it be and what would you ask them?  The Beatles, or Chuck Berry - thought process for their music. 

SkillsUSA State Competition Results

The state SkillsUSA Competition was Thursday and Friday last week. We took 24 students up to SLCC to compete in their respective fields. We had a whopping 15 medals with a few just outside of the podium. 8 Students qualified to attend Nationals in Atlanta this June. Listed below are the results.
