Maple Mountain High announces the March students of the month.

 In five years, Sophomore Erica Olesen sees herself attending college figuring out her new, bright future. Erica favorite subject in school is math because everything has an answer, and it is very precise.

Her favorite quote is, "Life is like a game of cards. The hand that is dealt to you, it’s your choice on how you play it." She likes that quote because it helps her remember that everybody is different and that you shouldn’t need to compare yourself to others.

Erica’s favorite hobbies include playing softball, cooking, and sewing. One thing that makes her different from everyone else is that she is positive and determined. 

In five years, Sophomore Brayden Jackman plans to be attending a university, working towards degrees in business and medicine. His favorite subject is jazz band because he gets to develop skills in which he has a great interest.

 His favorite quote is, "Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work." – Aristotle. Brayden likes this quote because it is encouraging to remind him that if he finds something that he enjoys and works at it, he will be able to do it well. One thing that makes him different is his ability to quote entire movie scenes and comedy routines after seeing them once.

Brayden’s hobbies include playing the upright and electric bass, writing music and stories, listening to jazz, class rock, and audio books, and fishing and golfing.

Junior Kylee Dixon plans to be attending Utah State or Snow College to get her degree in nursing. She also wants to get married in the temple. Her favorite subject in school was history because it allowed her to go to Washington D.C.. 

Her favorite quote is, "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.” She likes that quote because it just reminds her that you should always be who you are and that you don’t need to change for anyone.

Kylee’s favorite hobbies include singing, cooking, reading, and being with her family. 

Junior Brent Blas sees himself in five years married and working as a chief. He enjoys all his classes because he likes learning new stuff and all the teachers.

His favorite quote is, "I wish I could show them that they don’t’ own me. If I’m going to die, I want to still be me." – Peeta. He likes that quote because if he were in Peeta’s position, he wants to die being himself. One thing that makes Brent different from everyone else is that he loves being a peer tutor and helping other people.

In five years, Senior Heidi Johnson plans to be attending college and pursuing a degree in forensic science. She enjoys most subjects because she enjoys learning.

Her favorite quote is, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." – Abraham Lincoln

Heidi’s hobbies include reading, sewing, and listening to music. One thing that makes Heidi stand out is that she is a vegetarian. 

In five years, Senior Jake Harding sees himself attending college and majoring in music. His favorite class was AP Music Theory because he figured out what his college major is going to be.

His favorite quote is, "Good deeds are always dangerous.” – Rick Riordan. Jake likes that quote because it’s important to serve our fellow men regardless of how dangerous or usual if might be. 

Jake’s favorite hobbies making music, rappelling, and writing fantasy novels. He is different from everyone else because he can be anyone’s friend and has an unusual creativity.
