On September 16, the Maple Mountain Golden Eagle Girls tennis team played their last home match of the season.  Their above average play lead to their 5-0 win over cross-town rivals, the Springville Red Devils.

At Varsity First Singles, Calley Bankhead had yet another easy win, 6-0 6-2.  Anna Cronquist had an even better day losing one game the entire match and winning 6-0 6-1.  The only snag the girls had was at Third Singles, Spencer Rose was tested; after losing the first set 6-4, she battled her way the rest of the match winning the last two sets 6-1 6-4.

The doubles play that day was very good as all the girls won. At First Doubles, Hailey Harlan and Kelsey Lewis played a tough match but prevailed, winning 6-0 4-6 6-4.  The Seconded Doubles team had an easy match; the doubles duo of Jamie Lundberg and Hayley Roney won 6-0 6-2.
