Last Saturday, August 28, Maple Mountain Cross Country jumped hay bales during a two mile race in American Fork. Varsity put forth tremendous effort maintaining fifth place until the very last lap where they finished in eighth. This is only the second meet of the season and they‘re starting off with lots of heart and determination.
The grass relays happens to be one of the team’s favorite races. It is held every year in American Fork and our Golden Eagles had a lot of fun and performed well. With a cross country team as passionate as the Golden Eagles, look forward to many great performances to come throughout the season.
