Lacrosse is Coming!

UHSAA recently sanctioned lacrosse as a high school sport! Nebo School District is hosting the first season of lacrosse as a spring sport starting in 2021. All genders are able to play lacrosse, and right now the district needs to gage interest in the sport so plans can be finalized. If you are interested in playing lacrosse or want more information, talk to our Athletic Director, Dave Boyack.

MMHS Visual Arts Show winners

We’d like to thank all of the student artists who participated in this year’s MMHS Visual Arts Show! We had over 200 entries, but we were able to choose only 16 works by our juniors and seniors to represent our school at the All-State High School Visual Arts Show at the Springville Museum of Art.

Julie Hart's pencil drawing.

We want to give a shout out to sophomore artist, Julia Hart, for her artwork, a 9"x 12" pencil drawing referencing a 1905 photographic portrait by Edward Curtis of the Sioux Lakota warrior 'Chief Three Horses.' This drawing was the only artwork chosen to represent all of the students in Nebo district this year and was accepted to the Utah State Senate Visual Arts competition, which is a serious award!
