FFA stands for Future Farmers of America. FFA is a youth organization with middle school and high school students. This organization changes lives and prepares members for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. Where do you want to see yourself in five years? Either on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or in college.
What are your favorite hobbies? I like running cross country, longboarding, and sleeping.
If you could have a conversation with anyone from history, who would it be and what would you ask them? I would talk to Mr. Rogers, and ask for life advice and just to have a good conversation with him.
Camilla Adams has been recognized as a Maple Mountain "Prep of the Week" for her outstanding contributions to the girls cross country team this year. Running as the number one runner for most of the season Camilla helped qualify her team for the state championships this past week at Soldier Hollow in Midway. Camilla finished in the upper half of the states best runners. Camilla is also an outstanding student at Maple Mountain earning the prestigious honor of "Academic All State." Congratulations Camilla, and good luck in spring track!
Congratulations to Maple Mountain High and Salem Hills High for earning the Gold Star in the Utah High School Athletic Association (UHSAA) Sportsmanship Awards. Payson High also won the Silver Award.
Maple Mountain High Athletic Director, Dave Boyack, said, “We are pleased with the efforts of our student athletes and coaches as they implement the ideals of good sportsmanship as they compete throughout the year. The UHSAA places a lot of emphasis on the ‘Raise the Bar’ sportsmanship program with high school athletes and coaches in the state of Utah.”

his year our Football Team tied Wasatch for 1st in our region. Our varsity boys had a great season with a record of 7-2. We interviewed a few of our Senior players; Derek Blanthorn, Brooks Maughan, and Ben Crockett, and asked them about their season and what went well.
