We’d like to thank all of the student artists who participated in this year’s MMHS Visual Arts Show! We had over 200 entries, but we were able to choose only 16 works by our juniors and seniors to represent our school at the All-State High School Visual Arts Show at the Springville Museum of Art.
The MMHS Ellevés competed at the Premier Drill Competition at UVU on January 4, 2020. They placed 1st in Military, 3rd in Hip Hop, 5th in Dance, and 5th in Character.

The team will compete next on January 11 in the Rocky Mountain Drill Invitational at Corner Canyon High School. Good luck!
We want to give a shout out to sophomore artist, Julia Hart, for her artwork, a 9"x 12" pencil drawing referencing a 1905 photographic portrait by Edward Curtis of the Sioux Lakota warrior 'Chief Three Horses.' This drawing was the only artwork chosen to represent all of the students in Nebo district this year and was accepted to the Utah State Senate Visual Arts competition, which is a serious award!
