SPRING SCHEDULE

 All next year's 10th through 12 graders are invited to come to weight training starting March 1st. The 6 AM time is for any athletes participating in other sports after school. You can still come workout twice a week and make strength gains during your sports season.

We will be starting a lifting phase on March 1st, so it will be important to be there each session in order to get maximum strength gains.

As the weather gets better near the end of April we will start playing 7 on 7 and getting ready for our tournaments in June.
